Registered Ticket Holder Substitution and Badge Policy

Each registered ticket holder must obtain a Yacht Party QR Code to board the Yacht. Yacht Party QR Codes are issued to, and can be picked up and used only by, the registered ticket holder named in the registration. Admittance to Yacht Party may be denied if any Attendee’s name as reflected on a Yacht Party QR Code does not match the registered ticket holder’s name as registered with Novae. Sharing of Yacht Party attendee QR Codes is not permitted. This QR Code is for admission to the Yacht Party only, and will not give you access to the SuperRegionals event.

Each Yacht Party ticket is transferable. Transfers may be made at any time up to the day immediately preceding the start date of the Yacht Party. Transfers may only be made through Novae Support staff provided on your electronic ticket confirmation receipt and will require the entry of the transferee’s name and contact information into Novae’s registry.

Novae does not preclude the resale of your Yacht Party ticket to another person. In doing so, you must adhere to the transfer terms described in the preceding paragraph. Failure to update the new ticket holder’s name in Novae’s registry may preclude that person from obtaining a Yacht Party QR Boarding Pass in their name. Consequently, they may be denied admission to the Yacht Party. If you sell your ticket, you take all responsibility for exchanging funds and ensuring that the new ticket holder’s name and contact information are timely and correctly entered into Novae’s registry.

A Yacht Party QR Code allows an Attendee entry to the overall Yacht Party.

In addition, please note that boarding the Yacht Party portion of the event may be denied if any attendee does not possess the required QR code or is not registered for that specific portion of the event.
